Evaporative coolers, often called swamp coolers, the supply air stream is in direct contact with water by means of an evaporative medium or wet-pad (such as fiberglass, fabricated paper, or aspen pad) or a series of spray misters. The supply air steam gains a lot of moisture in this process so cool, moist air must be exhausted from the cooled space and not reused or reconditioned.

Fan Section

Dustech air washer made in single skin or double skin cabinets/housing.

Base: the total assembly is mounted on a horizontal member of heavy galvanized steel channel with die cast aluminum corners for joining them together with lifting holes on all corners.

Fan Motor & Drive Set: offer fan is forward and backward curved design, statically and dynamically balanced with low noise levels and high efficiency from 300 mm dia to 1250 mm dia, The fan & motors are mounted on MS channel /G.I fabricated slide rails with provision of easy belt tensioning. The complete assembly is mounted on spring/ rubber vibration isolators for smooth performance. The fan is connected to the main casing, using fire and moisture resistant flexible canvass connection, ensuring low operating noise and vibration. The drive pulleys are taper bushed duly balanced with proper sized ‘V’ belts.

Wet Section

Water Tank The water tank is made of mild steel with anti corrosive coating (FRP/EPOXY) and are designed for easy access for periodic cleaning.

Cellouse pad: The dew flow cellouse pads are made of imported origin and air designed for maximum saturation efficiencies, being having large air.

Filters: The standard pre-filters are made of G.I/ Aluminum constructions having efficiency 90% down to 15 micro. Depends on application the fine filters of various efficiencies also can be provided.

Pipes & Its Fitting: The pipe and others fittings like gate valve, Y-stainers, float valves are of reputed make.
